Heavenly Father,
Shepherd of Your flock and the source of all wisdom,
I lift up pastors, ministers, elders, and every leader You have called to guide Your church.
Help them to be obedient to Your word rather than the ways of the world
and the traditions of man.
Strengthen them with Your grace.
Renew their hearts when they grow weary,
refresh their spirits when they feel discouraged,
and protect them from attacks that seek to destroy, distract or divide.
Fill their minds with Your truth
and their mouths with Your words.
May they speak the gospel with clarity, boldness, and compassion.
Let their teaching be rooted in Scripture,
their leadership marked by humility,
and their service shaped by the love of Christ.
Surround them with godly counsel.
Give them discernment in every decision,
wisdom in every challenge,
and patience in every trial.
Guard their hearts from pride, bitterness, and burnout.
May their homes be filled with peace
and their families strengthened by Your presence.
Help them lead not in their own strength
but in Yours.
May their hands be steady,
their vision clear,
and their faith unwavering.
Let revival, unity, and holiness grow in the churches they shepherd.
Bless them with joy in their calling,
courage in adversity,
and an overflowing love for the people they serve.
Use them as instruments of healing, truth, and transformation
in a world desperately in need of Your light.
